Hello friends! My name is Ann Collins, MD, RYT, your guide and fellow adventurer on the path of vibrant + sustainable health & organic plant-based lifestyle here at Apple a Day Doc. A practicing physician, board certified in both Family Medicine & Integrative Holistic Medicine, I’m also a dedicated student and teacher of yoga, meditation, and whole food nutrition. In over 20 years of practice, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal, & the importance of making wise choices about what we put into our bodies, minds, hearts & environment. I’m an enthusiastic proponent of the health benefits of having fun too! I love taking you and my patients into the kitchen & garden to experience delicious + playful ways to make healthy living joyful!
